1.1 The Friends of Taawon website allows you to make a donation to support our work by debit card or credit card by following the instructions on the website.

1.2 By using the website to make a donation you indicate your agreement to these terms of service. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms of service, you should not use the website to make a donation.

1.3 Taawon US may amend or update these terms of service from time to time. It is your responsibility to check these terms of service whenever you make a donation using the website. The most recent version of these terms of service will govern your use of the website in the future.

2. Donation Refund Policy

2.1 Due to the nature of charity donations refunds are given at the discretion of charity management and we will review any request on a case by case basis. Therefore please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event that a donation is made as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, please contact us. Please note that if you made your donation by card, your refund will be credited to the same card.

2.2 To request a refund, please contact info@taawonus.org with the subject 'Donation refund'. Please include your full name, the date and donation amount that you would like refunded, and why.

2.3 If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider. If you become aware of any fraudulent use of your debit card or credit card you should report this to your card operator in accordance with their reporting rules.

3. Changes to the service

3.1 Taawon US will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website and the ability to make donations through the website is available continuously but retains the right to modify, suspend or terminate the website and the ability to make donations through the website from time to time without notice. Except as otherwise specified, any new features, services or functionality of the website which are introduced will be subject to these terms of service.
