About us.
Taawon US was launched in 2025 to be the bridge between the US and Palestinian civil society. We match the right funders to the right programs on the ground, in coordination with our partners, Taawon.
Founded in 1983, Taawon is one of the largest organizations operating in Palestine and the diaspora camps in Lebanon, whereby it touches the lives of more than one million Palestinians on an annual basis, with half of these beneficiaries being women.
