Grounded in over 40 years of on-the-ground experience, our work is delivered through established systems serving Palestinians across Gaza, the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon.
Taawon US is the U.S. partner of Taawon (Welfare Association) — one of the largest and most respected Palestinian nonprofit organizations. Programs are implemented directly by professional teams, working with a network of 200+ trusted institutions to enable continuity of care even in complex environments like Gaza.
This sustained presence makes long-term work possible — allowing us to operate at scale, stay engaged over years, and remain deeply accountable to our communities and our donors.

Gaza RehabCare
Restoring mobility. Rebuilding independence.
Gaza RehabCare provides ongoing rehabilitation and prosthetic care for children and adults living with limb loss — adapting devices and therapy over time so people can reclaim mobility, confidence, independence, and dignity.
ISNAD Education
Protecting education. Sustaining opportunity.
ISNAD helps Palestinian university students stay enrolled, continue learning, and progress toward graduation — even amid displacement and instability.
